




**Group Sous Chef \| Dean Banks Group \| East Coast Scotland** We are looking for an experienced Group Sous Chef to join the Dean Banks Group. We are looking for someone with a passion for food and experience in a similar role. The role will be based across all of our restaurants which include: Haar Restaurant, St Andrews \| Michelin Guide, 3AA Rosettes Dean Banks at the Pompadour, Edinburgh \| Michelin Guide, 3AA Rosettes Dulse, Edinburgh \| Michelin Guide, 2AA Rosettes Dulse, Leith Dune, St Andrews **About the Role** - Working on shift in each of our venues, with a changing rota every week. - Maintaining driving consistently high standards of produce in each of our sites. - Training of junior members of staff. - Assisting the head chefs with daily operations. - Assist in the design of new dishes - Input into all areas of kitchen management inc all KPI targets such as GP %, environmental health issues, etc. - Covering head chef holidays The ideal Group Sous Chef will: - Experience in a similar role - Have experience in a like for like fine dining experience position in a similarly high quality operation. - Possess a passion and knowledge for food. - Be driven and focused on first class standards across every aspect of the operation. - Have shown loyalty and longevity throughout their career. - Have excellent planning and organisational skills. - Have excellent personal presentation and be consummately professional at all times.
