Because they are. **The Team** The XPS Risk Settlement team is one of the fastest growing business areas, working alongside trustees and insurers to help navigate schemes through buy-in, buyout and wind-up. Due to this growth, we are looking for ambitious, experienced individuals to work within our post-transaction team, overseeing the activities required for schemes once a buy-in transaction has completed, through to buyout and eventually wind-up.
