**Job Summary** We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a member of the bar staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patrons. **Duties** * Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes. * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. * Assist in managing stock levels and inventory, ensuring all supplies are adequately stocked. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. * Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. **Skills** * Proven experience in bartending or similar roles within the hospitality industry is preferred. * Strong basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. * Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential. * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * A friendly disposition with a genuine desire to help others, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests. * Ability to work well as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
