**Weston Park Care Home is looking to recruit full-time domestic assistants. Weston Park is a residential nursing home for elderly people. The home caters for 102 residents over 3 units.** **Rate of Pay:** £12.25 **Specific Duties Include:** **Domestic Assistant** * Maintain high standards of cleaning in residents' bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas. * Ensure COSHH regulations are adhered to. * Work as part of the housekeeping team. * Reports any defects, faults, or maintenance requirements to equipment. * On occasion work in the laundry * Ensure that residents' clothes are labelled with the correct ID. * Maintain linen stores in a clean and organised manner * Carries out laundry duties in accordance with the home's requirements. * Uses and stores laundry products in accordance with COSHH regulations. * Ensures adequate laundry supplies are available at all times. * The above is an indication of the main areas of responsibility of the post holder.
