**Job Overview** We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the overall guest experience. **Duties** * Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards. * Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. * Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations. * Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely delivery to guests. * Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain service efficiency. **Requirements** * Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. * Strong basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately. * Excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. * A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to take initiative when required. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
