**Housing Support Worker** ***We are recruiting for a full time position*** ***Salary Starts at £25,715, rises to £27025 after 12 months and to £27,955 after 24 months (pro rata)*** **J** **ob Purpose** To provide intensive housing management support to vulnerable individuals with the intention of delivering a high-quality support programme that promotes client independence; providing a successful and sustainable move on and other measurable outcomes.
