Experienced waiter/ress required by independently owned restaurant on Ecclesall road, Sheffield. Immediate start. The ideal candidate will be fully experienced in working in restaurants and will ideally have knowledge of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. The applicant must be hard working, well organised, able to work on their own initiative, posses excellent customer service skills, polite manner and good communications skills, as well as confidence to run the front of house in the absence of manager. Team working and positive attitude are essential. Duties include welcoming customers, taking orders, serving hot food and drinks, taking payments, cleaning tables, polishing cutlery and glasses, setting tables up, re stocking fridges etc and general cleaning duties.
