Beacon Childcare is seeking a Residential Care Worker to join our experienced and supportive team at our 3-bed home in Smethwick, providing consistent, trauma-informed care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). **What the Role Involves:** As a Residential Care Worker, you will play an essential role in helping young people feel safe, valued, and supported as they overcome adversity and build brighter futures.
