Excellent communication skills are required as the post holder will support the clinical team to challenge the progress of patients' journeys with all members of the clinical teams to include Consultants, Nursing, Support Services, Ambulance staff etc. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
