Solar UK require a Trainee Solar Labourer based in Battle, East Sussex working on various projects in the South East and further afield. Ability to work as part of a team and diligent in your work a necessity. Must be able to occasionally stay away and have a clean full driving licence with own transport to get to our site in Battle for early starts. The driving licence will need to cover driving a long wheelbase van. The individual will be trained to manufacture and install the LaZerII Solar Thermal collectors, and also undertake training in health and safety, working at height, Pasma, and basic installation of PV systems. This is a varied role, assisting both our Solar thermal and Electrical teams. You will need to be physically fit, there is a lot of lifting involved in the role.
