For full terms and conditions, please refer to the apartment's Booking Terms and Conditions. ***Policies are subject to real-time changes; the apartment contract shall prevail. Cancellation Notification Method ● An email cancelling the accommodation contract must be sent to the apartment. ● Cooling-off Period - 3-working-day cooling-off period: ○ You have a 3-working-day cooling-off period starting from the date your booking is confirmed, or until key collection (whichever occurs earlier). ○ If you cancel during this period, your deposit and advance payment will be refunded. ● Cancellation Before Check-in - Cancellation outside the cooling-off period: ○ You must find a replacement tenant approved by Mansion Student. ○ Mansion Student will make reasonable efforts to assist in finding a replacement tenant, but assistance is only provided when the property is fully occupied. - Rent Liability: ○ You remain liable for full rent payments until a replacement tenant is found. ○ Your deposit and advance payment (if applicable) will be refunded once the replacement tenant completes documentation and payment. ● Cancellation After Check-in - End of Cooling-off Period: The cooling-off period ends immediately upon check-in (even if check-in occurs within 3 working days after booking confirmation). ○ You must find a replacement tenant approved by Mansion Student. ○ Mansion Student will make reasonable efforts to assist, but assistance is only provided when the property is fully occupied. - Rent Liability: ○ You remain liable for full rent payments until a replacement tenant is found and all documentation is completed. ○ Your deposit and advance payment (if applicable) will be refunded once the replacement tenant completes all formalities. Important Notes ● Mansion Student only assists in finding a replacement tenant when the property is fully occupied. ● This does not affect your statutory rights.
