We're looking for a calm, consistent professional who can build positive relationships and help re-engage students in their learning. **Key Responsibilities:** * Work 1:1 or with small groups to manage and improve behaviour * Support pupils at risk of exclusion or disengagement * Assist in de-escalation and positive behaviour strategies * Provide a safe space for pupils during emotional regulation needs * Monitor and report on behaviour trends and incidents * Work closely with the SENCO and pastoral leads * Maintain detailed records and contribute to behaviour plans * Support transitions between lessons and reintegration into class * Encourage academic engagement and personal development * Promote safeguarding and emotional well-being at all times Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract Pay: £90.00-£110.00 per day Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: On the road Expected start date: 02/09/2025
