Educated to degree level or equivalent experience, knowledge of Rostering platforms providing an eRostering Service and Roster building experience is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure and work to project timescales is a must. This role is to be worked over 5 days Monday to Friday The key responsibilities of this role will include carrying out any tasks relating to the resourcing of Medical Staff for a designated specialty, ensuring an efficient process is followed to run an effective Medical Service 24/7, and minimise spend on locums whilst ensuring safe staffing.. The post holder will provide an efficient and high quality rostering data administration service supporting the use and maintenance of electronic rostering throughout the trust including integration with the temporary staffing system. The need to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail throughout prolonged periods of concentration are required. * In sample processing, MLA's must work to deadlines to assist in achieving defined analysis turnaround times to provide an effective clinical service to wards departments and GP surgeries and a fast response service to the emergency departments.
