Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts including stock, fixed assets, depreciation, accruals, prepayments and journals Monthly bank reconciliations across multi-bank, multi-company and multi-currency environments Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and control accounts VAT returns, including EU and non-EU transactions, and compliance with the Plastic Packaging Tax Support with import documentation, landed costs and freight invoice reconciliation Rebate tracking and claiming (customer, supplier, price support) Weekly cash flow forecasting and updates Cover support for both purchase ledger and sales ledger functions Requirements About You Part-qualified or fully qualified CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent) Solid experience in a hands-on accounting role Strong Excel skills with the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data Experience using SAP Business One is advantageous but not essential Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of accuracy A proactive mindset, with confidence to suggest and implement process improvements Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments This is an ideal first or second move into industry for someone currently in practice or a similar commercial environment. About the role As an Independent, autonomous Clinician working to support our mission to deliver high-quality, patient-centred services, you will work as part of our multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and timely care to those accessing our Integrated Urgent Care Service, providing a variety of shift opportunities to include: Face to face shifts based at one of our Primary Care Centres across the Shropshire locality. Mobile shifts undertaking home visits to patients who are unable to travel to a primary care centre, supported with a fully equipped medical car. Triage shifts based at our regional Head Office. Our Sessional GPs are able to flexibly and work at each base covering our all aspects of our Urgent Care service, inclusive of telephone triage, face-to-face patient appointments and attending patient home visits. The key elements of the role include but are not limited to: Working as an autonomous practitioner providing clinical assessment, diagnosis (where possible), and treatment (where appropriate) for adult and paediatric patients invited to attend our Primary Care Centres or during remote consultations. Accurately triaging & prioritising all patients, demonstrating the use of a variety of techniques to elicit the history of an event / illness including past medical and drug history. Undertaking home visits to patients who are unable to travel to a primary care centre, supported with a fully equipped medical car and a driver. Referring patients to alternative care settings, where appropriate. Supporting our Care Coordination Service. Supporting with triage of calls that have come via the NHS111 pathway during the core daytime surgery opening hours.
