Open Floor Dance Movement

**Enrich your Sunday morning with the Magic of Dance!** Come and join this hybrid session, expertly led by experienced movement teacher Julia Franks. You will be gently guided into breath and body awareness to a specially selected soundscape of world music, jazz, house and more. There is time to interact with other dancers on the screen and to hang back and do your own thing. Feel connected, release stress and find freedom.
