Requirements What to Expect In this role, you will be: Implementing the Pinewood.AI platform into new and existing Automotive retailers across the UK and Internationally Ensuring a high quality implementation process, and continuously reviewing the way we do things to ensure we deliver high-quality implementations each time Working closely with the customer to understand their needs, setting up and selecting the appropriate parameters, and ensuring the system is set up correctly prior to the 'Go Live' date Providing onsite and remote consultancy to our customers as needed Delivering informative and clear training sessions to ensure they get the maximum value from the system To continuously develop your system knowledge- including parameters, functionality, and integrations About You You’ll be an excellent communicator, capable of collaborating and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues across the business. Your problem-solving mindset and deep understanding of the automotive industry will be key to your success You will need: A strong background in the automotive industry, specifically in aftersales roles such as service, parts, or warranty management. Strong time management and work output skills. A logical thinker with an organised and methodical approach. The ability to prioritise your own workload and manage multiple projects at once. A strong work ethic and self-motivation A clean UK driving license. Desirable: Experience using the Pinewood DMS in a dealership environment. Familiarity with service scheduling, parts inventory management, warranty claims, and aftersales reporting. Requirements What to Expect In this role, you will be: Implementing the Pinewood.AI platform into new and existing Automotive retailers across the UK and internationally Ensuring a high-quality implementation process, and continuously reviewing the way we do things to ensure we deliver high-quality implementations each and every time. Working closely with the customer to understand their needs, setting up and selecting the appropriate parameters, and ensuring the system is set up correctly prior to the 'Go Live' dates. Providing onsite and remote consultancy to our customers as needed. Delivering informative and clear training sessions to ensure customers get the maximum value from the platform's financial tools. Continuously develop your system knowledge- including parameters, functionality, and integrations. Hands-on experience using a dealer management system (ideally Pinewood’s DMS). A solid understanding of core financial processes, including balance sheets, budgeting, VAT returns, management reporting, bank reconciliations, accruals, etc. Ideally, a recognised accounting qualification or part-qualification such as AAT Level 3 or 4 (or equivalent). The ability to prioritise your workload and manage multiple projects at once. Strong time management and work output skills A problem solving attitude. A strong work ethic and self-motivation. A clean UK driving license. Desirable: Experience using Pinewood DMS or another dealership management or accounting system. An understanding of how finance supports wider dealership operations.
