The Grange offers two types of accommodation: shared apartments and studio apartments.

All shared apartments comprise five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and access to a shared kitchen. Bedrooms are equipped with desks, chairs, bookshelves, wardrobes, ample storage space and en-suite bathrooms. Shared kitchens are fully equipped with refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, sinks, range hoods, sofas, coffee tables and dining tables.

Studio apartments feature en-suite bathrooms and private kitchens. A door separates the kitchen from the bedroom.

The Grange is situated within the De Montfort University campus, approximately a four-minute walk from the De Montfort University Library. If you are a student at the University of Leicester, the main campus is about a 20-minute walk from the apartment.
