Description

Morgan and Bond Ltd are seeking experienced floor layers for social housing projects based in Birmingham. We are looking for candidates with substantial experience working in social housing properties. **Requirements:** * A valid CSCS card is essential. * An up-to-date Asbestos Awareness certificate (can be provided if needed). * A current Manual Handling certificate (can be provided if needed). * A proactive attitude and strong work ethic. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of flooring including flat lays with weld and cap and cove. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm Pay: £160.00-£250.00 per day Schedule: * Monday to Friday Licence/Certification: * CSCS (preferred) * Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location: On the road
