In one of the most stunning locations in the UK, don't take our word for it... see for yourself. **What you'll be doing** We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and experienced education leader to step into the role of Head of Education, Inclusion and Virtual School who can: * Develop and implement with key stakeholders, a whole system, integrated education service that aspires to provide the very best for children and young people. * Work to continuously improve educational outcomes and destinations for all, including those children and young people who are most in need. * Act as a strategic leader championing early support and safeguarding including the Staying Close' offer for care leavers, implementing the Children Not in School register and shaping school provision as defined by the extended duties of the virtual school. * Key strategic leader in implementing the social care reforms and Children's Well-being and Schools bill. **About You** If you have the drive and commitment to support this exciting journey we look forward to your application.
