This is more than a job—it's a path to becoming a Recruitment Consultant with a clear plan for your future. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Write and post engaging job adverts. Review applications and connect with candidates. Coordinate and conduct interviews. Keep our candidate database organized and up to date. Manage important compliance and onboarding documents. Cultivate relationships with both candidates and our operational teams. Requirements You're a Great Fit If You Have: Excellent communication and organizational skills. A proactive and eager-to-learn mindset. The ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines. Familiarity with Microsoft Office. Any previous customer service or administrative experience is a bonus!
