As a large training provider of Ofqual registered and accredited courses, consistency of approach and ethos across the delivery of our training is imperative. The role of tutor is a role of close contact with a class of students throughout a teaching year. Students will look to their tutor to deliver the curriculum set, and to provide relevant and appropriate advice and support in a clear way consistent with the Chrysalis ethos throughout their training journey. Considerable anxiety, demotivation and confusion will arise if students are given conflicting information to our training ethos.
