A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced bar person to assist in the management of a bar and off sales. A candidate should have * a minimum of 5 years bar experience * 2 years supervisory experience * Extensive knowledge of wines and spirits * fantastic communication and customer service skills Candidates must be flexible and able to work day times, evenings and weekends on a rota basis. Responsibilities Include: * Ordering and stocking * Pricing * Supervising shifts * Ensuring the smooth running of both the bar and off sales.
