At Dingley's Promise **Cheltenham**, we provide a supportive and inclusive environment where children aged 0--5 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) can learn, grow, and thrive through play-based learning. We also work closely with families by offering information, training, and support, as well as advising mainstream early years settings to enable greater inclusion. **About Us -- Dingley's Promise** Since 1983, Dingley's Promise has been a leader in delivering life-changing early years support for children with SEND. We currently run five specialist Early Years Centres across the UK. Our centres offer sessions for families from 9:15am to 2:45pm, term time only, with staff working from 9:00am to 3:00pm. We also operate up to nine playschemes per year during non-term time (13 weeks), offering optional additional hours for interested staff. **Your Role -- Early Years Practitioner** Reporting to the Centre Manager and Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the daily planning, delivery, and ongoing development of our **Cheltenham** centre.
