Typical duties will include: * Greeting and seating guests. * Taking food and drink orders. * Serving food and drinks. * Preparation for a successful service. * Ensuring cleanliness of the F\&B areas. * Learning and having full knowledge of beverage lists and menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods. * Being able to assist members or guests with any special requests or allergy requirements. **Job description** Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the cleanliness for the kitchen area as well as all kitchen equipment. You will perform deep cleaning tasks, as well as store kitchen deliveries promptly and according to food safety standards. You will assist with some food preparation and service. Our Kitchen Porters are hardworking individuals who can work on their own initiative and are key players in our kitchen teams. They will be self-motivate, organised and can work efficiently. These key team members will be working closely with the kitchen team to deliver our core standards and provide our guests with a great stay every time.
