Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues effectively to maintain operational efficiency. Document maintenance practices, machinery settings, and performance records to inform continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate closely with production management to prioritize engineering tasks based on operational needs. Requirements Relevant experience in an engineering leadership role within the food production or manufacturing sector. This leadership position reports directly to the CTO and will function as their trusted second-in-command.
