Nature and Scope of the main activities: The Clicker will join a team of five in the Clicking Department. **Clicking** * Cutting around patterns made of acrylic or brass-bound card for each part of the shoe. * The manual dexterity to use the clicking knife accurately, and safely. * Interlocking the patterns to maximise leather usage and minimise waste. * The ability to cut different sizes and styles from the same skin. * Use hydraulic presses to cut leather sections. **Leather Utilisation** * Understanding the leather character and the defects. * The ability to know which part of the skin is inherently suitable for which part of the shoe with regards to structure, grain tightness, follicle pattern etc., * Understanding which leather surface attributes or defects can be cut into less sensitive or hidden parts of the shoe. Person Specification * Previous experience within a clicking environment * Able to work within a small team of people * Organised * Able to work in a systematic way * Supervisory experience would be an advantage

Work closely with feature teams to help plan and execute tasks, utilising both Agile and Waterfall workflows where most applicable. Ensure that the game meets its quality standards, including gameplay, graphics, sound, and performance. Provide regular updates to senior management on the project's features. Manage relationships with external partners, including publishers, licensors, and vendors Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting teamwork and open communication. Requirements Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps. Experience working within a software development environment, whether Video Games or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of the game development process, including design, art, programming, and quality assurance. Effective and comfortable communicator. Desirable Experience mentoring others. Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry. Experience working on a AAA title seeing the project from start to finish. The Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are recruiting for a Locum Consultant in Dermatology on a 24 month fixed term contract. This post is offering an opportunity for continued practice in a wide range of dermatology conditions, including clinics for Systemic Diseases, Routine and Cancerous Lesions, Paediatrics and Skin Surgery. Other clinical workload includes inpatient referrals and reviews, providing advice and guidance to primary care and administrative virtual clinics. Attendance at Local MDT and joint plastics clinic is included in the job plan together with support for RSM education sessions on the 3 rd Thursday of the month. The Department sees the full range of Dermatology conditions, with clinics in general skin conditions, systemic diseases (psoriasis etc.), pigmented lesion and fast track cancer clinics and paediatric dermatology. There is also a monthly joint clinic with the plastic surgeons. The department holds a weekly local skin cancer MDT and a bimonthly specialist MDT with colleagues in Oxford. In addition to the practical clinical workload, the post holder will be encouraged to develop local research and audit plans. The Department is supported by a team of Dermatology Specialist Nurses, Skin Cancer Specialist Nurses and a nurse led phototherapy service (UVA, UVB \& PDT), patch testing and full radiology facilities including CT and MRI. The Dermatology service holds busy outpatient clinics from a dedicated dermatology area of the Wren unit on the third floor of the hospital, matching high outpatient demand to activity. We work collaboratively with Plastic Surgery colleagues within the hospital, who are employed by Oxford University Hospital, our Tertiary centre for referrals and opinions.
