After further expansion TRC Ltd are now looking to increase our installation team, as an installer you will be required to work all over the country building and maintaining solar installations which include ground mounted solar as well as solar carports you will be paid a competitive salary with training ,vehicle, stay away pension and holidays .This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career in the highly sort after renewable sector. As an installer you will need to read and understand the site design drawings and installation manual which will then allow you to identify the correct individual items of steel work to firstly distribute to the correct locations on site (manually or using lifting equipment such as telehandlers dependant on item weight) if the ground mounted system is pile driven then a piling machine is used to knock the posts into the ground sometimes as much as 2 mtrs (training will be given) and then subsequently erecting the remaining steel rafters,purlins and braces by bolting together. Once all the framework erection is completed and inspected by the team leader and site manager the solar panels will be installed. The installation of solar panels is undertaken at ground level on the ground mounted schemes and using a scissor lift for the higher carport projects Our team needs to be physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions.. **Essential job Requirements:** CSCS card Willing to work away for periods of time **Skills that would be an advantage:** Driving License The ability at use hand and power tools would be an advantage along with plant licences such as , telehandler, scissor lifts,360 excavators, bobcats and dumpers but not essential as training will be given.
