This pivotal leadership role will play a key part in shaping the future of Posicare by Seating Matters by combining strategic thinking with a strong commitment to hands-on execution and operational excellence. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth coordination of factory operations while promoting a culture of lean, continuous improvement, and innovation. As a member of the leadership team, they will help drive efficiency, scalability, and long-term strategy aligned with our Vivid Vision for growth. This is a factory-based role in Wigan. **Key Responsibilities** · Support the optimisation of production operations, contributing to improved efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in a world-leading factory. · Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, working on our unique Lean Culture of continuous improvement. · Provide guidance and support on HR and workforce development within operations to promote a culture of engagement and performance. · Be involved in product design and design for manufacture, ensuring alignment withoperational efficiency. · Leverage and optimise MRP/ERP systems for smooth production and supply chain coordination. · Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational success. · Maintain compliance with health \& safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices. **Who You Are** You are an experienced operational professional with a strong background in lean manufacturing, production planning, and factory environments.
