What you will need to be successful Underwriting Experience: 3+ years of UK motor fleet underwriting experience, ideally with exposure to AVs, connected vehicles, or other next-gen mobility risks AV Domain Curiosity: Demonstrated interest or involvement in autonomous vehicle technologies, whether through prior underwriting, academic work, regulatory study, or commercial partnerships Startup Mentality: You are self-starting, proactive and creative.
