Work closely with feature teams to help plan and execute tasks, utilising both Agile and Waterfall workflows where most applicable. Ensure that the game meets its quality standards, including gameplay, graphics, sound, and performance. Provide regular updates to senior management on the project's features. Manage relationships with external partners, including publishers, licensors, and vendors Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting teamwork and open communication. Requirements Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Azure DevOps. Experience working within a software development environment, whether Video Games or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of the game development process, including design, art, programming, and quality assurance. Effective and comfortable communicator. Desirable Experience mentoring others. Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry. Experience working on a AAA title seeing the project from start to finish.
