Update Excel workbook and keep a detailed record of defects and faults. Including photos, measurements and comments. Liaise with technical team regarding rejections. Must be commercially aware of timelines and the requirement to resolve issues ASAP when stock is on hold. Ensure shipment tracker/performance tracker, critical path and all ARNE spread sheets are kept up to date. Issue non-conformance reports to suppliers in a timely manner and provide a clear outcome. Support QC team leader to manage QC quarantine stock and follow up. Liaise with tech team with any issues, prioritise workloads, delegate tasks to the rest of the QC team & general duties. Ensure the shift pattern rota is kept up to date including holidays/time off & sickness etc. Chase up Internal QC reports and outstanding Non-Conformance reports Essential skills Previous experience in a similar role Ability to lead and mentor a team Experienced on excel, word & outlook Organised and hardworking Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in fast paced environment Quality control and inspection skills Previous experience with AQL standards Ability to take accurate measurements Attention to detail and accuracy Benefits ARNE are an equal opportunities employer.
