Morgan and Bond Ltd are seeking experienced floor layers for social housing projects based in Birmingham. We are looking for candidates with substantial experience working in social housing properties. **Requirements:** * A valid CSCS card is essential. * An up-to-date Asbestos Awareness certificate (can be provided if needed). * A current Manual Handling certificate (can be provided if needed). * A proactive attitude and strong work ethic. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of flooring including flat lays with weld and cap and cove.
