Yalm is a busy multi vendor food hall and we're looking for experienced hospitality lovers to join the team and be part of an exciting city centre business. With 8 kitchens and 3 bars across two floors we are looking for experienced bar tenders to work with us on our bars. **You will need to**. * Be passionate about serving really great drinks, working with premium wines, beers and spirits. * Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Provide exceptional service to ensure an enjoyable and seamless dining experience for our guests, including table service * Be clean and organised, including proper storage of beverages, glassware, and equipment. * Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth across both floors * Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. * Contribute to the overall success of the bar and restaurant by actively participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
