Emphasis on professional development and a friendly work environment ***Roche Health Care are looking to recruit a Clinical Lead to join our friendly team at Fieldhead Park, Mirfield*** **Salary: £21.84phr** **Hours: Full time 3/4 shifts per week** **Must be dynamic and have evidenced leadership skills** **Must be an experienced Clinical lead/Senior Nurse** **Diploma Level 5 in Health and Social Care \& Nursing Qualification required** We provide a range of care and support services for our older residents, some of whom have dementia. Having trust and respect for all of our team **Job in Brief** Recent and significant experience of working in a similar care setting Experience of managing an effective team Experience of and undertaking supervision, mentoring, and coaching Knowledge of 'The Health and Social Care Act 2008' (Regulated Activities) 'Regulations 2014 and Fundamental Standards' Knowledge of the relevant legislation e.g. Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberties Safeguards and Adult Safeguarding. Knowledge of the conditions relevant to older people, Dementia, physical and sensory disabilities. Must demonstrate a high standard of inter-personal skills, communication and good leadership qualities including delegation and the co-ordination of teams within the home. Ability to organise and make decisions both clinical and professional. Effective time management skills. Evidence of commitment to personal development, training, and education. An Ability to work independently. An Ability to effectively deal with crises/emergencies An Ability to write reports To be kind and considerate innovative and caring, honest, reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. Understand, accept, and adhere to the need for strict confidentiality Be able to work on own initiative and work under pressure Be flexible and adaptable Be aware of own limitations Ability to work in a way which reflects Roche healthcare's values.
