Independence Support Ltd (ISL) operate a supported living service in Pudsey Leeds (LS28) , and we are looking for a Deputy Service Manager. The service supports people with learning disabilities and the service operates 24 hours a day. We are looking for a flexible individual to join our team in providing outcome focused support, enabling people to live as independently as possible. Please note the role will cover days and nights as required by the needs of the service, plus an on call responsibility which will be paid. The Deputy will supervise a small number of staff and be responsible for key areas as delegated by the Service Manager. We are looking for committed and person centred individuals to enable the people we support to be as independent as possible and maximise opportunities. Full induction training will be provided however some experience of working in a similar setting is desirable as the circumstances of the people being supported will be complex.
