Hands-on role with diverse store responsibilities Job description We are looking for an enthusiastic, sales focused individual who is capable of working on their own initiative, along with supporting the Store Manager, as part of the Management team, You will be responsible for achieving KPI's, and ensuring the store provides excellent customer service, through product knowledge, and staff training Your role will also include being hands on, serving customers at the till, unpacking deliveries and general house keeping. You must be flexible with hours, as the rotas change weekly and be available to work weekends as well as throughout the week. You should have a keen interest in all aspects of the store including Equine, Pets, Farming, Small Holding, Clothing and Footwear. SQP qualified would be an advantage. Previous retail/management experience would be preferred but not essential.
