




We are a leading buyer and reseller in the UK static caravan industry and we are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven individual with knowledge of the static caravan or holiday park sector, who is confident working independently and enjoys both buying and selling within a fast-paced environment. **Key Reponsibilities:** * Source and purchase static caravans across the UK, negotiating best value deals. * Handle the sale and resale of static caravans to both trade and private buyers. * Maintain and grow a network of park operators, suppliers and industry contacts. * Conduct valuations and inspections of static caravans on-site or remotely. * Manage sale enquiries and follow up with potential customers professionally. * Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales documentation and compliance checks. * Report directly to the company director with weekly updates on progess, sales activity and targets. * Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activity. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the static caravan, leisure or holiday park industry. * Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. * Excellent communication and organisational skills. * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide. * Ability to manage a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend availablity. **Benefits:** * Flexible working arrnagement (location not fixed). * Opportunity to work with a well-established leader in the industry. * Perfomance-based commission structure. * Company vehicle or mileage allowance (depending on contract).
