Self-motivated, resilient and well-organised Able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the residents and the household. Provide assistance, personal care, activities and companionship to residents Be alert to residents’ needs, health and wellbeing Respect the residents’ dignity and privacy Work with residents and their families to deliver tailored care to each individual Assist with mealtimes and safe moving Maintain accurate records for each resident Skills and Experience: Excellent communication and written skills. Committed to providing a high standard of care, promoting dignity and respect. Previous experience working within an elderly care setting. Team player but able to work on your own initiative. Dependable, able to work well under pressure and flexible to meet the needs of the Home. A minimum of a NVQ level 2 in health & social care or the Care Certificate along with a dedicated passion for providing exceptional care for our night team roles.
