To help prevent this from happening, we ask all members to provide a photo of themselves.\n\n**4) Update your attending status correctly.** ✅\nNot knowing the correct number of attendees can negatively impact the event. Excessive absences and/or gatecrashing events, without valid reasons, will lead to removal from the group.\n\n**5) Do not take control of events hosted.** 🤐\nThe organisers already have a plan for the event they are hosting. To prevent any difficulties, respect what the organisers have set up for you. Members are welcome to organise additional activities once the event is over.\n\n**6) Do not advertise your own activities in the group without permission** 🙅🏻\nWhilst we are happy to see additional events, they must apply to the group's structure.
