Skills, Knowledge and Expertise * Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, ideally within a SaaS or EdTech environment. * Strong technical expertise in modern web technologies (e.g., Angular, .Net, Azure, AWS, serverless architecture). * Proficient with Microsoft .NET 4.8+ development using C# * In depth knowledge and experience with core Microsoft .Net technologies including: WCF, WPF and LINQ * Experience with database development including relational database design, SQL and ORM technologies * Experience with web development technologies including ASP.NET, MVC3, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS and Angular * Experience leading distributed teams and scaling products in North American markets * Deep understanding of agile development practices and DevOps principles. * Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. * Strong grasp of software development best practices, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity.
