Key Responsibilities: * Ensure Compliance: The company's fleet operations to guarantee adherence to all relevant legal, safety, and operational standards. * Regulatory Oversight: Manage compliance across key areas, including Vehicle maintenance, Driver conduct, Licensing requirements, Tachograph management, DVLA standards * Risk Minimisation: Play a critical role in identifying and reducing compliance-related risks. * Operator Licence Maintenance: Maintain full compliance with operator licence obligations. * Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing enhancements in both safety protocols and operational performance. Key Skills: * Experience in managing vehicles and team communication * Experience within a compliance / management role within Fleet / logistics * Previous Vehicle mechanical and electrical experience * Knowledge of fleet and vehicle compliance, maintenance and DVLA standards Job Type: Full-time Pay: From £35,000.00 per year Benefits: * Language training provided * On-site parking Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person Reference ID: Transport Expected start date: 01/08/2025
