**Job Title:**Administrator in the Administration Department **Reporting to:**Head of Department **Department:**Administration Award winning north Leeds firm is looking for an apprentice to join their busy administration and new enquiries team. The successful candidate will be provided with the opportunity to learn new and key skills which will assist them at the start of their careers. Without clients there would be no Oakwood Solicitors. **Key Tasks (not an exhaustive list)** Carrying out data input Setting up new client files General adhoc administration duties Covering a busy switchboard by directing the calls through to the correct person / department after gaining as much information from the caller.
