Scape Hammersmith, a newly completed student residence, will welcome its first residents for the 25fall intake! The apartment boasts an excellent location, situated right in the heart of London's bustling district with shops, bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues all around, offering a vibrant social life after classes. Transportation is extremely convenient, providing easy access to top universities such as Imperial College London and University College London. The apartments are well-equipped, with double bed rooms accommodating two people; couples can stay together with just an additional weekly charge of £30. Rooms are spacious, featuring generous under-bed storage, ample wardrobes and cabinets, and even hidden storage behind the mirror. Full-wall windows combined with a fresh air system and controllable air conditioning (adjustable between 16-25°C) ensure comfort even when windows cannot be opened. The en-suite bathrooms have wet-dry separation, handheld showerheads, and heated towel rails, reflecting thoughtful details throughout. Common areas are equally impressive, including a large shared kitchen for eight people, fully equipped with ovens, dishwashers, and individual storage lockers for each resident. The living area includes sofas and large study desks, covering approximately 50-60㎡.
