Description
Parcel North builds the label and tracking service used by regional couriers. The team is six people. This hire will own parts of the Java service that talks to carrier APIs, including the retry behaviour when a depot system times out at 6am. You will be on a support rota one week in six. We are not hiring a contractor to rewrite the stack. Production experience with relational data and a boring, well-tested HTTP service is what we want. Hybrid: two days in the Grey Street office.
