Cancellation Notification Method ● Email notification to cancel the accommodation contract must be sent to the apartment's email address. ● Cancellation Prior to Check-in ○ A £75 termination fee applies, deductible from the deposit. ○ You must find a replacement tenant approved by Mansion Student. ○ Mansion Student will make reasonable efforts to assist in finding a replacement tenant, but such assistance is provided only when the property is fully occupied. - Rent Liability: ○ You remain liable for full rent until a replacement tenant is found. ○ The deposit and any advance payment (if applicable) will be refunded once the replacement tenant completes documentation and payment. ● Cancellation After Check-in ○ A £75 termination fee applies, deductible from the deposit. ○ You must find a replacement tenant approved by Mansion Student. ○ Mansion Student will make reasonable efforts to assist in finding a replacement tenant, but such assistance is provided only when the property is fully occupied. - Rent Liability: ○ You remain liable for full rent until a replacement tenant is found. ○ The deposit and any advance payment (if applicable) will be refunded once the replacement tenant completes documentation and payment.
